Digital Logbook
At Simply Driving, we have developed a Digital Logbook.
A logbook is your guarantee that you receive all the instruction required by law. The logbook needs to be signed every time you receive instruction. If you forget your logbook, you cannot receive instruction, and you may need to pay for the instruction again.

At SimplyDriving, we have made the logbook digital as an app. Now you no longer need to carry around an old-fashioned paper logbook. This also ensures that you don't forget your logbook and miss out on instruction.
This is how the logbook works.
After each instructional module, you need to obtain approval from the driving instructor who taught you. This can be done by following a few steps.

Go to the module you have just been instructed on.

Search for the name of your driving instructor.

Swipe (similar to MobilePay) to send your request for a signature.

Once your driving instructor has approved your request, you can see the module under the "Completed" tab.
This is how the logbook works.
For the theory exam, you are responsible for printing out the logbook. You can do this by going to the "Logbook" tab and then selecting the download option. If you haven't printed out the logbook, you may be denied entry to the theory exam, and a new fee will need to be paid to the authorities before a new theory exam can be scheduled.

For the driving exam, you can present your logbook through the app to the examiner.
